I listened to The CEO of XYBR last night on Radio wall street. He was almost ashamed that the boilerplate language was "elevated" to a news story by Bloomberg. I would not have put it past some "small furry little" traders to have something to do with that news piece. Newman (CEO) stated that XYBR had no problem raising money on very favorable terms without the use of a convertable note. He was very positive and upbeat about Microvision, he stated that there would be a "Very" signifigant market penetration of commercial and medical units in the next 2 months, along with some "major" player medical partner announcements. He did mention that the addition of Microvisions display, due to the daylight readable feature, a whole new market has opened up for them.

JDN, I am aware that going concern opinions are fairly common for development stage companies. On the other hand, I've been quite skeptical of XYBR for years for a couple of reasons.

One is I have seen more XYBR spam over the years on other threads than any other stock. The second is I simply don't understand why a well-capitalized company like Dell, Compaq, etc., would not make wearable computers if there was any kind of market for them. It's also hard to see much in the way of barriers to entry to the wearable computer market should somebody else decide there is any money to be made.
