CWP/WCOM/AOL/airlines:
CWP- Cable and Wireless, has pulled back to low 60's from 73 high. Seems like it will be acquired by someone. Tremendous collection of phone/data assets around the world. Chart very constructive.
WCOM - going nowhere in a hurry. time to buy?
AOL, good trading sell IMO at 70 ron. Stock looks great for intermediate move but think that its had almost all of its short term. re-entry 65 area?
NWAC/AMR/UAL/LUV likely to pick up slack if U goes on strike. Sue, finding it hard to get excited about U till labor issues settled. This uncertainty here in the northeast is casting a negative spell over U. LU = GE of airlines. Don't think U buying AMR has any possibility, Sue. Maybe the other way around. Still like NWAC/ALK/LUV in this sector. again, any decline in price of oil will catapult these puppies. larry
