Lets face it, even if you bring back ep and em we are still stuck with rosen and that seems to be where the real problem lies. This board of directors has got to go. I may be cynical but they just don't seem to give a damn about their so-called mission statement "to build shareholder equity over the long-term". Yea, I know - the operative words are "over the long-term" (apparently that means decades in the mind of rosen).

El, I called IR the first of this week and was told they would announce the 25th, a Tues., after the close, and that the annual meeting would be Thurs, the 27th at 10AM at the Marriott on Westheimer rather than in the media center at the Compaq campus. Wanted to pass it on in case since I think I read you had called IR and had gotten no fixed response. I have not yet gotten my proxy paperwork but expect it soon. Plan to be in Houston for the meeting as I have for years. They must be expecting a larger crowd this year to see MC.
