I'm glad you've read the GG, Glenn; it makes discussing a stock much easier when both parties are working with the same vocabulary. My post to Mountain Lady pretty well sums up my current assessment of Cisco:

Gorilla gaming leads me to believe that it will take a discontinuous innovation to displace Cisco as the networking sector rule maker. Even then, due to switching costs, it will take a lengthy period until Cisco's P&L might be affected, much longer than I would need to take an orderly exit from my position. Until then, I regard Cisco as the lowest risk/reward investment opportunity in the internet infrastructure sector.
