I though he said on the radio that he ONLY went with 40% rather than 0% so people could hold their hot technology stocks, deal with capital gains problems, etc... but that he would approve of 0% in the market.

To me, his advice seems to have wavered between very bearish when the market was in the deepest part of the correction and "screen all calls asking about the market" when it was at or near new highs.

Last weekend would have been the perfect opportunity to say "sell into strength" on the radio but he didn't. He DID tell the KGO Lukemia audience that it was a time to go to 60% cash to preserve hard won gains of the 90's in times of high risk. (I have a written summary of the affair sent to me via private email - but I won't post it so as to not upset the legal folks.
