No way should Maria be allowed to "pump" MU stock on the air, while her husband also touts the shares in his publication and or web-site.

The only problem with this conspiracy theory is that Maria was "featuring" Micron on her morning reports years before she met Jono. If anything, it was she who brought him to the stock. (Maybe she talks about it all night, as well as all day <g>). In any event, the reason that's always been given for Maria's obsession is that the Micron post is right next to the spot she reports from, so it was the best stock for her to use as a tech bellwether. There's probably some truth to that, although I believe it was also one of the key stocks that one of her main sources covered way back when.

IMO Maria's emphasis on Micron, whether justified or not, is more a matter of comfort level and force of habit than anything else. Accusations of laziness may be on target, but I think conspiracy is a bit of a stretch.
