Well, yes, EXACTLY!!!! Most of our discussions are pretty theoretical, I guess. Now that you mention it, I think I've only seen public breastfeeding once recently- and I had to look twice to confirm it-- I don't think it bothered anyone at all. So why shouldn't we be completely accepting even approving of the practice until there is really something AWFUL to protest. By the way, I DO agree that there is a worrisome emphasis on me me me and what I'm owed in all areas of our life today. I see the Center of the Universe syndrome here in Yuppieville all the time. It scares me.
