FNT earnings out next week. Company rumored on Ragingbull to be a takeover candidate. Stock is entering B2B area and is selling for just 4 3/4. Currently, there is over 13,000 shares at the bid price of 4 5/8 showing that there is some buyers trying to buy just below current levels. I look for strong move and this stock can move very quickly since there is such a small float.

NTCSW are 3:1 to common with a strike at $5.25 (3:1 reverse split in 1998 in believe). 3 warrants rendered for each common stock received + $5.25. Therefore, at 1 15/16 with the common at $10 7/8 (1.9375 (3) + 5.25 strike = 11 1/16 or 3/16 premium on the warrants.
