In our society, to remove the cover of clothing in all but a handful of situations is "intimate". Even were I to take off my shirt in such a context, it would ordinarily arouse embarrassment, even among other guys. How much more so when a member of the opposite sex takes out something fraught with associations? It is psychologically sterile to talk about it as if "keeping in mind the breasts primary function" were going to cure one of embarrassment.........
