Thanks. I remember the hardware problem vaguely from a past life. Edited to add: aren't they past that now? Too little, too late? And your post points up the importance of establishing relationships with your customers for a high-end sale. I hope that never goes away, but I suspect the Internet is going to do away with peddlers such as myself before long. Maybe by then, these two (NTAP and EMC) and a few other gorillas will have provided for my long-term retirement needs...like greens fees, cigars, and Hawaiian shirts. buck
