I think you are misinterpreting what he said.

rrufff, I will respond to this one.

1. Yes the web site in question, was a bogus reposting of 1.5 year old news. It had the date removed. I was posted by one poster and pumped by a second. The next yahoo posters pumping the fake news did so by posting the message number and not the link....I found that suspect.

2. No I did not ever say, nor ever believe that the Xybernaut company would put this type of false message up.

(Note: the message had its date removed, this was NO accident, the date is not at the start so it was not omitted in coping either. The date is between words that remained, so it was snipped)
XYBR officials would never do something so stupid, I am sure of that. Would a rogue employee? Perhaps. I could not imagine the company doing so, and have never said or implied that the would.

3. I would appreciate it if you do not put words into my posts, or make false impressions from them. When you assert falsehoods, I do not feel it incumbent on myself to reply to them, one way or the other, in order to prove myself. If you have a problem with my posts please show me what I have said, until then you are a faint and empty voice.

4. I am not so dense to put up a false web site, nor is anyone I know. An example of a simular case is when John Stark came down on Pair Gain pumpers, someone put out a false website to promote bogus claims. Putting up a false web site like this is stupid, there is no way the author of the bogus page can not be found. Oops double negative....The author of the bogus web site can be found easily if anyone chooses to look. If you can find the author, please do, but the internet trail they left remains to be claimed at anytime.

5. You are making a false statement when you assert your assessment of any positions I may or may not have. Please refrain from this type of false comments in regards to myself.

6. It was confirmed with Xybernaut that they did not have any HP news recently.

7. It was confirmed with PRNewswire that it was not a new PRNewswire release. I believe in this case the credibility of PRnewswire was most hurt by the actions of the false poster, and it will be up to them if they did to pursue it any further.
