Tip, None of that stuff matters. Heck, folks brought out US based Korean and Taiwanese and Chile funds when you couldn't even take your profits out of the country. The answer is "lackademand," at least for Euros. American investors are not screaming for Euro bond funds and the mutual fund cos. are not smart enough to get ahead of the learning curve. The Swissie may also have a supply problem. The Swiss don't have a huge amount of debt around in any market. Who needs to borrow money when you can rip off the folks who died in the holocaust?
