We are adjusting our model to account for the issuance of 690 million convertible subordinated euro 10-year notes, roughly worth $677 million. The notes mature February 16, 2010 and carry a 6.875% coupon and 36% conversion premium. The bonds are non-callable for 3 years after issuance and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. We are raising our interest expense estimate by $17 million annually through 2001. Q1'00 EPS is unchanged, but our 2000 EPS estimate goes from ($1.05) to ($1.09).
