diana,

L. Simmons, the Chairman of TBI, is Matt's brother. He owns 32% of the common stock. Both Matt and L.E. have done very well.

Diana, I think you were very smart in buying the TBI end of the deal. TBI seems only to want a deal if they can utterly steal a deal, like they are trying to steal VRC right now. And like they tried to do with NR. I believe this deal will fail, and TBI will pop afterwards. VRC big shareholders will kill this deal, if it is is not amended. I am beginning to agree with Wall Street on these OS "Mergers", they stink. If TBI really wanted to grow their business - buy SESI or NR for cash. No more crazeball stock legerdemain. Time for gamesmanship is past. IMO they won't sneak this one past. VRC ain't that desperate, or are they?
