Pomp, I just backed in at $327.125 to see it going lower (of course), after taking a little trip this morning. The severe down swing in the NAZ might be a temporary concern, but with RMBS, should we not have NAZ down RMBS up?

pomp:
I thought the ITC news might cause a little enthusiam today
The Hitachi suit action was fine when RMBS was at $70 and everyone was kicking sand in RMBS's face. They proved they were willing to defend their IP. However, I think this latest legal action is counterproductive. I wouldn't doubt that Hitachi could go to court to countersue claiming monopolistic practices. LOL. It wouldn't be the first time something like this has happened.
No matter what the merits or possible rewards gained, RMBS's suits the overall effect is going to be negative on RMBS because in the end result will be a bunch of legal bills and not much compensatory damages awarded.
Sega could easily settle for monetery amounts that wouldn't even cover ZRMBS's legal bills.
As a lawyer, any comments.
