Just read your postings so late in response ,First correction - if you really are a lawyer you know that a Partnership could entail a 99% to 1% share interest of the parties involved. In other words the term partnership only indicates that both parties [or multiple parties }will work in co-operation with each other to achieve a common objective.It does not imply an equal partnership. Tracker is responsible for supplying the bar code reading devices provided by Symbol to as many locations as necessary to assure a smooth running operation. Tracker hired staff to train the police in using this equipement and to organize and augment the sales effort required to produce the expected revenue.That's not in conflict with anything we have posted. The patent issue revolves around the issue of retrieval and return of items to their rightful owners.This was upheld by the courts and is why the police have entered into the agreement with TRKR. Their system identifies the true owner and guarantees return of the bicycle[ or any other items so marked] that the police recover. This saves the police significant warehouse costs of keeping unclaimed and unidentified bicycles and the man hours involved in handling this problem. Corporate contracts will include not only retrieval ability but will enhance protection against warranty fraud and pricing return fraud as has been posted on numerous times.As well we have been told that inventory controls and other such aids to the companies involved are included as a natural adjunct to the coding being placed by Lumonics.These latter functions are of course not patented exculsively to Tracker but have been a natural extension of the coding system which have been added at the behest of the companies they have been talking to, This would help explain the long time beta testing of Sony as they have realized the potential of TRKR's system. We can only hope that an announcement of a Contract with such a company will be forhcoming in the near future. 1995 was eons ago in the history of this company.New company ,great management and any fears of potential problems must surely be assuaged by the endorsement of the Florida Police and the IACP. Yes the proof will only be known by the rollout and experience in Florida in the next number of months. If it was a guaranteed winner than the stock should be at $50.00 not .54 cents.Time will prove whether we are right or wrong. Investors must decide for themselves whether it is worth the risk.
