No Jim B, I didn't have any trouble placing IOI's for OPUS or IBN other than trying to decide if I should go for IBN or not.

The Mulitiple Etrade Account Saga (Final Conclusion):
Here is what I have determined. Yes, you can have multiple accounts, no limit, if they are actual working accounts. This means that they have to be used for trading, not just having cash waiting for IPOs and getting free promotions. Etrade is looking for accounts like these and will close them if they are not being used for any other purpose. So if you fall under this catagory, be warned, they will find you eventually. You can have 3, for yourself, without being bothered, that is what they left me with.
