You won't get an argument from me in regard to the Insider Selling. But when I refer to shareholders, I'm also referring to all the retail momentum players who trade FFIV's entire float every few weeks. The Institutions are not selling FFIV; they are accumulating the stock as we speak.

So, who is selling? Part of the problem has been insider selling: Some of the Insiders or Venture Capitalists have already unloaded almost all their shares. That's good. But the problem runs deeper than with the Insiders.

I would define value by earnings growth, sales growth, revenue growth, cash flow and how a company dominates their sector. FFIV is a great dynamic growth company that has been trading for less than a year. A couple of more good quarters like the previous two, may bring this stock back to its highs if the over supply of stock for sale above does not get in the way for to long.
