The states can kiss their parasite asspirations bye bye if the case is settled.

The states would have no legal channel to address their claims. All doors would be shut and dismissed as It would be rendered isposto facto fartum, Microsofucktum. That is one reason why Microsoft wants to settle but MSFT will not stoop to any outrageous threats or demands or stools. If need be this case will go all the way to the Supreme Court where Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor can once gain again address the fact that the states have no right to regulate Microsoft as a drug (ggg)
