The DSL software came with NN 4.5, so that's what I have been using. I have partially downloaded IE 5.0 in case it's a case of MS OS not liking NN. I'm sure the RWIN was set by the patch, I don't remember what it said the default was. I also noticed somewhere (device manager maybe) that the internal modem that was installed is sharing port 11 with 4 other functions including the video card. I'm told it's supposed to be on port 3, but the DSL provider couldn't figure out how to get it to #3. Any chance that could be causing a conflict. BTW- I'm not at my home machine or I would check RWIN etc. Jeff
