The point is, Mr. Kramer, that despite their troubles of the past TRKR has now made a deal and released the news that they're commencing a business relationship with the Florida Police. If you truly believe it's going to fall apart before it gets off the ground I guess its a good thing you sold your shares, but do you not think you've got the cart before the horse here? How about giving them some time, post news release, to show us what they can do instead of telling people they're doomed? It just doesn't stand to reason that anyone would issue a bogus news release, and if that's what it was I expect we'd have had a rebuttal from the Florida Police by now. . . or perhaps they're not smart enough either.

This part of the press release tells me the police will allow TRKR to say they endorse TRKR's system and that, in turn, the police will help facilitate the marketing effort. . . .(bold italics are mine):

<<The Foundation will cooperate with Tracker through its Florida-based office
and
S. E. Regional Manager, Terry Hensley, in the sale and distribution of
products
and services that adds demonstrated value to communities in Florida. Mr.
Hensley's background includes positions as former City Administrator in
Jackson,
Mississippi, Chief of Police in Garland, Texas and St. Petersburg Beach,
Florida, as well as other executive management level positions.

The Foundation will use its best efforts to secure the cooperation of
various
police agencies throughout the State of Florida as a conduit for selling
Tracker's products and services through community based organizations. The
Foundation will facilitate the convening of a steering committee and
Tracker
designated personnel to develop a "tool-kit" that can be given to a
participating agency for implementation. >>

I hardly think TRKR intends to give their service away, do you?

You mystify me but I guess that's not a crime. - Stew
