OK... ...so a stock once halted that trades again may also be vindicated and if the technology is sound, shorts will get squeezed. Common Sense Rule #15. ...yes, ubrhut, Mr. A@P is famous. He is apparently powerful based on his contacts with the SEC, class action lawyers, media spin meisters, other shorts through his professional short site and his conviction for mail fraud. Yes, these are also the tools required to kill a stock in which he is short and stands to gain financially by as much damage as he can do to the company. He knows how to do it alright. But it is based on his own lack of knowledge about numerous points. He doesn't really know. He just stumbled in by accident or by reference, either way it was a no brainer to short this at 19. But along the way he has sought to harm the company. He is still at his campaign. He cannot prove the technology is not with ECNC and "wont work" as he declared early on. No, these and other posts are not designed to uncover a scam, they are designed to make him and his minions rich. By the way, at last count there are 9 MMs listed as active for this stock on Monday.
