okey dokey...

Ask Mr. A@P if he brags about having contacts in the SEC.
Ask Mr. A@P if he has testified as a witness for the SEC.
Ask Mr. A@P if he fed his allegations of fraud directly to the SEC reps he knows very shortly after stumbling on this site and declaring a short.
Ask Mr. A@P if he also didn't have other shorts from his professional short site make similar complaints to the SEC about ECNC after they too came on and placed short positions.
Ask Mr. A@P if all the allegations of fraud he passed on to the SEC were ever pursued.
Ask Mr. A@P if his initial points weren't focused on the Empire PR and the Pilot Island contract.
Ask Mr. A@P where the SEC was before he appeared if those PR were so obvioulsy misleading.
Ask Mr. A@P if he did not then contact the people referenced in the articles and then pass that info in whatever confused or misunderstood form it was in to the SEC.
Ask Mr. A@P if he was not previously represented by Yourman's law firm in a separate case in 1998.
Ask Mr. A@P if he did not contact Yourman's firm right after he placed his short position and passed on his allegations of "fraud" to Yourman for the purpose of initiating class action suits with the real motive of enriching himself when the bad news hit the airwaves.
Ask Mr. A@P if he did not solicit people to email him if they felt aggrieved by the
"fraud."
Ask Mr. A@P if his response to certain people who emailed him was to contact a lawyer in Yourman's firm or associated with Yourman's firm.
Ask Mr. A@P if Yourman's firm was not the first to file the class action lawsuits purportedly "on behalf" of ECNC shareholders based on the company's "fraud."
Ask Mr. A@P if he continued to feed information to the SEC and other lawyers for the sole purpose of assisting them to pursue cases against ECNC which also coincidentally would enrich him as a short.
Ask Mr. A@P where all the other "fraud" allegations agaisnt ECNC are.

When people start to realize what is going on here with these professional shorts and their spin meisters, you will see that the only option left is to fight their accusations and support the company. Our company is under assault by those with a vested interest in seeing it fail. No one can surrender one dime to them.

Do Not Surrender ECNC!!
