Well, WSTL has to be able to attract the cream of the crop to develop new technologies to remain viable. Obviously the one way to do it is through an attractive stock option plan. This doesn't surprise me at all. DB

I view this as a negative event: About 7mil shares will increase the outstanding shares by more than 10%, dilute current shareholders value. Even those shares won't hit the market all at once.

I feel very disgusted..
