Spyderboy,

You obviously didn't read my post, or are you just shorting INSP therefore you'll be distorting everything in order to suit your purpose?

I said << If INSP just gets 10% of the 2004 market that's sales of $1.8 billion. Go conservatively with 30 times sales and you end up with a market cap of $54 billion. INSP would have to triple from today's level to get to that price. >>

It's pretty simple math. I'm using a future revenue and applying a Price to Sales ratio that is fairly common today and coming up with a future market cap. Got it? I know it's a tough one for some people to figure out.

Also, you seem to think that INSP is closing in on CSCO's market cap. Not even close, CSCO is valued at $552 billion and INSP is valued at $17 billion. INSP's price would have to be at $5,700 per share in order to have the same market cap as CSCO. Do you want to stick around and see if it can get there?

Dave

INSP is ridiculously valued compare to JNPR 42B market cap..... SCMR 36B market cap....... ARBA 25B market cap....and etc... Spytrdr we're living in a new era, it doesn't really make much of a difference if your price/sales
range from 200, 300, 400 and so on ****Is like comparing muture tech stocks like MSFT, INTC, CSCO... Intel's P/E ratio 67.... Cisco's P/E ratio 108 (BOTH HAVE HIGH P/E)

When you analyze stocks like INSP & JNPR, you can't really use P/S to determine the value of these stocks. Wall Street thinks juniper is the next "CISCO". If that's the case.. stocks like JUNIPER can go a lot higher in the future. The reason jnpr has a 42B market cap with no earnings because wall street & investors are betting on the future potential of juniper network.... INFOSPACE'S current market cap only 16B, she's a skinny pig that need to be fed for at least another 3 years. 3 years down the road INFOSPACE & JUNIPER could have a 200B+ market cap... JDSU 93B mkt cap with no earnings ??? What's the logic for JDSU ???

If you don't like the current valuation of INSP, JNPR, SCMR, ARBA, MSFT, CSCO, and etc .... THAN YOU SHOULD BUY PHILIPP MORRIS or RJR.

MO .... P/E 6.1
MO .... P/S 0.60
MO .... 5B CASH
MO .... only 45B mkt cap
MO .... 10% Yield
+ BUSH WINNING THE ELECTION
Forget about the lawsuit just buy MO & RJR

LONG & STRONG INFOSPACE!!!
