PSI really could be a great ground floor opportunity here. It's a great turn-a-round play that trading at very cheap levels especially after the recent news. PSI had a bad past year but it looks like they are really turning things around. With recent contracts signed with Ericsson, Fujitsu and Telefonos de Mexico (nice big names) it appears that they are getting back on track. They have signed a lot of other strategic marketing agreements over the past 2 months too. They have a nice backlog now and the recent article really points toward a turn around for them. In a nutshell : "Porta Systems Corp. designs, manufactures and markets systems for the connection, protection, testing and administration of public and private telecommunications lines and networks. Porta Systems has various patents for copper and software based products and systems that support voice, data, image and video transmission" With under 6 million in the float he stock could move up significantly.
