Sam, after I posted that message last night I went back and reread the filing and saw I had made a mistake about the 400 million. Good news never-the-less. As far as buying Seagate, my 20 years in tech would lead me to believe that buying a disk drive guy would probably be more pain than reward. We're in fact a disruptive technology for them, and as soon as we get down to under a dollar a meg their future begins to look bleaker and bleaker. Boy, how nice would a 3 for 1 split be.. <G> Jack
