sounds like Mr. Hughes is in a shitload of trouble. Sounds like HE deserves it, if the allegations are proven to indeed be true in a court of law. Sounds like the new COO and legal team (both with serious credentials and SEC experience) have their hands full cleaning up a very ugly mess while continuing to get the product to market. Interesting article... Yet...no mention of wrongdoing regarding revenue projections through Powerclick PR. Yet...no mention of wrongdoing regarding the successful testing of the Rogel system/LTS and implemenataion of the technology PR. (maybe because they were investegated and proven true??? I'd love to know) Yet...no mention from the SEC that ECNC's paperwork was compliant enough to have an "E" removed. Sounds like a lot of institutional firms that recommended to buy the stock at high prices are going to have to answer to their clients. Sounds like we're back to being a $1-$2 stock. Which is where (IMVHO) we should be until the product ships and revenue is generated by it.
