If MSFT gave new puter buyers the choice of NSCP or IE when they are setting up their system, that would be a big step. Right now IE is the default browser on all new puters. Most new puter buyers are non-techies and go with whatever is installed. It would be a touch decision for many of these people, since they have no idea of the differences. I still use netscape browser, but open IE for separate trading account, so is actually convenient to use both. Maybe i'm old fashioned, but have always been more comfortable with netscape. Perhaps this will be a big boost for AOL, which acquired NSCP. But really wonder how significant browsers are nowadays anyway. i go to yahoo site and have my favorite urls bookmarked. really don't care which highway i take to get there. larry
