You must be heavily long ECNC, that is the only reasonable explanation that I can come up with to explain your complete lack of thought in ignoring ECNC's very real and very bad situation.

Right again Buffaloha regarding the fluff piece, your points well made! Note, as well, how carefully and subjectively the parameters were chosen to illustrate the "dramatic rise in the price" including the use of the intra-day high on Mar 9 when the stock actually closed at 14 1/2. I bought in on Jan 25 @ 1.97, ECNC closed on Mar 10 @ 10. Dramatic, yes, but hardly the hyperbole noted prior. Please, if you have the time, check out www.endfraud.com for the other ten thousand or so companies currently or recently dealing with class action suits, you might be surprised at the illustrious company we keep.
