Captain,

I left IBM in 1994. Kept my stocks. I don't remember whether it took IBM 4 years to turnaround but I do remember it was painfully slow. At one point, I thought about selling my shares but am glad I didn't.

All I'm saying is: give CPQ half the time and the chance.

IF IBM took 4 years to turnaround then CPQ is moving at
"Internet speed"<G>. Management is just fine.

Have you check out the new homepage?

compaq.com

It has that we are not a "box maker" look. I like it.

Mikey

BTW, the 5900Z must be selling well. CPQ raised the base price on it<G>. No longer Athlon 500 BUT 600.
