I read Rogel's Post and after that I spoke to RGteq's CEO and president. Rogel posted before the SEC filed FRAUD charges against ECNC. The noose is around ECNC's neck they have no way out now.

RGteq will IMO dump ECNC using the "fail to perform" part of the license agreement - it's the only prudent thing to do. You can't be in the fraud biz AND the ATM biz bud.

You can bet Rogul regrets that post now....give him a call yourself and ask him. It surely seems the most intelligent part of you was left in the sheets
