Kash, living in south east san jose I am unable to move into a similar home, such as in scumbria's part of town until until AMD hits $150. Few people expect to live in a nice house over here. My place is more like a cardboard box (otherwise known as an Eichler.) I think that my entire neighborhood was built in a week in 1950. Scumbria
