Kash,

living in south east san jose I am unable to move into a similar home, such as in scumbria's part of town until until AMD hits $150.

Few people expect to live in a nice house over here. My place is more like a cardboard box (otherwise known as an Eichler.) I think that my entire neighborhood was built in a week in 1950.

C'est la vie,

Kash,

South east San Jose....hmmmmmm that sounds ominous. Is that like Pacific Hts adjacent?

As for Scumbria I think he feels fortunate just to have a house.

Greenspan doesn't have a clue how to effect the wealth effect. He raises interest rates and all the retirees who have their money in utilities etc get socked.
While the "new" tech guys party on.

Sad but true.
If he wants to go after the wealth effect he needs to establish himself as the Komissar and give us a Five Year Plan so we can all salute and march off to a worker's paradise.
