That's why all the "old economy" companies are automating their supply chains with Web-based systems and investing millions in B2B Web-based commerce systems that didn't exist a few years ago. A chemical industry executive on CNN today estimated the industry could save $10 billion in lost productivity thru new Web-based systems. When will people figure out this is not a zero-sum game? It's called evolution. And contrary to some slogans, a lot of little folks are doing very well investing in it - where getting rich in the market used to be the sole province of the wealthy. The times they are a changin'......
