Mr. Moreno...

...you better be careful before your cohorts start accusing you of becoming "soft."

Seriouly, though, have you not read the contracts? 209.170.26.65 Have you not read the posts from people who claim to know Asia Pacific Micro is in the process of manufacturing the cashpads? Have you checked the patent and trademark registrations? Have you not read Rogel's post or called him to verify it? He says the technology actually does work. Show me where these facts (not based on PR mind you) are wrong. Then compare these statements and the ones from Mr. A@P that the technology is not with ECNC and "wont work." He doesn't know. Neither do you. In fact, you guys are the ones basing your assumptions without "facts" only an agenda which coincidentally enriches the shorts.

Nice try, but logic and the facts show us the errors in your assumptions.

Peter, no anger here, no frustration or venting, my earlier statement was that the type of dialog I have witnessed on this and the other boards during the past two and a half weeks i.e. "bait and switch" ask for logic but answer with a tag team slam appears to accomplish nothing but an absolute distrust of everybody and everything connected to this episode. I do recall, however, seeing a list of about seven MM's, perhaps on the Clearstation board, who had committed to trade this Monday. I doubt the wisdom of allowing the stock to trade with so many loose ends at this date{on Sat, Mar 11, I told a friend that I expected the stock to be halted Monday based on the vitriol flying on RB} I've seen no letup in the two weeks since. The problem is that I see no one who could possibly claim to be "merely the messenger" here. On one side of the scale we have the company providing "facts" though with a strong incentive to inflate, and on the other side we have a very well organized association of professional shorts providing "facts" with a strong incentive to deflate. As far as I can see, the scale now stands at about even, drum roll, at which time all concerned turn to the entity who is most at fault TODAY, the SEC! Theyr'e evidently trying to pull a "Greenspan" here, solving the problem with gentle nudging and soft innuendos, or, perhaps even more likely, see what further dirt surfaces on these boards before acting again this Monday. Hey, everyone here has already come out behind in this, and only an absolute fool would deny that the lion's share of blame rests on ECNC and their poor management. However, I believe that this may be a landmark case in that the halt occurred before an actual lawsuit or formal complaint{correct me if I'm wrong} but rather from the serious threat to ORDER{again} posed by the rage on the RB boards. In other words, I see the SEC holding up ECNC as an example to all that if you intend to play in the "bigs" you better have your house in order FIRST. In return for being the scapegoat, I'm guessing ECNC will be allowed some more time to pull it together if there's an "it" to pull together. Seriously, do you see criminal intent here or incompetence? Too much too fast, T S Eliott's second tragedy in life: getting what you wish for. donnachaidh
