Anger aside, I think we would all agree by now that Fuller and the BOD are not going to call off the deal. Well, that wouldn't be MY position. There is plenty of time yet for the deal to be cancelled before a shareholder vote. CORL's price drop has already endangered the deal. The fact that the Board & Dale & Cowpland haven't said it is immaterial. I believe if CORL's price stays in the tank (and I think it will), there is no way this deal goes thru, and the board knows it.
