Folks, the IPO game is NOT over! Take a look back over the past 12 months and you'll see with crystal clarity that this is the third down-cycle for IPO performance in that time period. The underwriters bring out more and more companies at higher and higher prices until they exceed the envelope that the market finds acceptable, and BOOM, we enter a normal cycle like we're in right now.
