Has anyone had a situation with CyberX where a Sell was done without your being aware of it?

On Friday,I had such a sale done at 8 7/8 on MZON that I bought at 8 1/8.I was not aware that the shares had been sold,when I tried to sell stock at the price of 11.The system didn't work,so I closed CyberX and reopened.It was then that I saw the sale at 8 7/8.
I do have a two monitor system,and if this problem never happened,this means that I somehow clicked the SELL button on CyberX and pressed ENTER without being aware of it.I do have the "review trade" option
Needless to say,I was very upset about this.
I would appreciate to hear about any experiences similar to mine.

Certain errors there could make us ALL sick.

I consider CyBerCorp to be the BEST around, or I wouldn't
have been with them this long. But the BEST shall always
be put to the TEST. Survival of the fittest, like Trading.

Thanks for your concern, but I always save my emotions
till after the market closes. No heart attacks or sickness
here, either.
