TigerPaw: You make a key point. But in the fuzzy situation we are trying to analyze here there are some customers where Cisco has a relationship and established contacts which it can build on but others that are long time telecom customers of NT and LU where Cisco has no advantage and is a newcomer. Then there are grey areas. And in some cases Cisco speaks the same language as the customer and in others, not. Very frustrating from an analytical perspective but the real world is a complex place. And this is particularly so with so many new customers with diverse backgrounds and interests. Best. Chaz
