Hello Anthony, Steve, Bear Down, Burns, & All the rest, Well I've had to take some time to think about this and all I can say is congrads.. You where right. Somethimes you win, some times you loose. But what I will say is that it was a good fight. Today I loose.;-(((( Tomorrow I will win.;-)))(hopefully). What I will say is that you have accomplished what most of us haven't been able to do in the last 6 months & that is to force Tom to put a management team together. A board of directors. This has always been a concern of us for many months. For that I will say THANK YOU........ Now let me make something clear to you an all. The company is not dead nor is it going away. It is here and it will be the 1-2 bil. company that everyone is forcasting. It might take a little longer to get there but it will get there. After all you folks are done finishing up with your shorts, I would strongly suggest that you all take a look at taking long positions on this. Do your DD on it an you will see what we have been all talking about. This company is not going to go away. It is here to stay. Will it tade again? Yep, it sure will, an you know it. Will it go to 1, maybe but I doubt it. I'm looking for this to take a big hit when it opens but I don't expect it to stay there. Just on the other news that wasn't disputed will put this right back up to the 5-10 level. Real investors are going to drive this right back up to the 20 if they think they can get it there. The SEC is only addressing 2 issues, not 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,just 2. They are not saying that the company isn't what they say, only those 2 press releases. So what does that tell you?????? Where real.;-)))) So like every other dogs that has been beaten in it's last scrap, you sit back an lick your wounds.;-))))) Catcha on the upside, Ron
