Again the Market Maker is not handling the private placement. I have again been out of town and return to see your postings. I am confused why you are dwelling on something I have answered. You stated and I quote from your reply #71 "First, I see by your latest statement that Harry Ledbetter is not involved in any way with the sale of your 504 exemption securities. This comes as some relief to me as you had mentioned earlier that you were referring any investors to Harry after sending them the investor's pack" I do not recall saying that! If I did please let me know the post? We have never referred anyone that has received an Investor Packet to the Market Maker or Harry Ledbetter. We have said that those wishing a quote on the OTC Pink Sheets may contact Southland Securities of Fort Worth. (if the Texas Tornado did not harm them (grin)). And thanks for the heads up on the clerical errors. They were corrected on our reg D amendment filled out on March 24, 2000 when we filed for the address change. You are right the form was talking about shares and switched to value in the next column, our mistake. PS. The Audit is finished and being compiled.
