Different company, obviously. Canadian, aggressive, has a website that actually says something, knows how to market, lets people know about its products in understandable terms, different company ad nauseam. As per <http://www.dcitelecom.com/page15.html> at least some of the services are only available from a small part of Canada, except for the calling cards. International rates good, not great, unless being quoted in Canadian dollars and available to U.S. residents, in which case they would be exceptional. Just an example of how our DCI could be competing --- if it knew how. Or maybe it is -- but of course the SEC would frown on their telling anyone about it. SB
