Today's PR Monday March 27, 12:51 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release Concierge PCA Completing Final Product Testing: Release and Initial Shipment on Schedule for April 7 LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2000--Concierge Inc., which is proceeding with plans to merge with StarFest Inc. (OTCBB:SFST - news), today announced that it is completing final testing of its moderately priced Personal Communications Attendant e-mail software and is on schedule for product release and initial customer shipments to begin April 7. Full-scale production and volume shipment is planned later in April. ``We are now completing the final testing of our PCA and are on target for our scheduled launch on April 7. Our Web site redesign is also on schedule and should be completed prior to product launch,' said Allen E. Kahn, Concierge president and chief executive officer. ``Over the past two months we have devoted a considerable amount of attention to putting together the type of infrastructure we will need for a rapid ramp up of our company, adding several board members with extensive industry and financial community experience including Harry Camp, Herbert Marcus III and David Neibert; advisors, Joel Soppet and John Conners and chief financial officer Donald V. Fluken and we are excited by the support our team has begun to provide our company,' he added. Concierge was founded by Kahn to design, market and support a new class of unified messaging products. These products integrate voice technology and pioneering software as a solution to the remote access needs of Internet e-mail, fax and voice mail users. The company is preparing to introduce a moderately priced software package with a $39.95 purchase price, the Personal Communications Attendant, which reads users' Internet e-mail to them over any telephone connection. The company also plans to offer a server-based product that will enable corporate users to gain access to their important e-mail from inconvenient locations such as airplanes, airports, or other locations where computer access is unavailable. It will connect to a modem bank providing the same capabilities available in the single user version to multiple users. Each user can access e-mail by calling in on any telephone anywhere in the world, providing a user ID and password by simply speaking to the computer. The computer with PCA will then read the customer's e-mail messages aloud. Once deployed, the server-based PCA product can be seamlessly integrated with call center applications such as Siebel, Vantive, or Clarify to provide traveling customers with up to the minute information. Concierge plans continued enhancements to the PCA, including full unified messaging, foreign language versions, a version for visually or manually impaired individuals and has additional unique products under development.
