Runyon must sometimes feel like he's between a rock and a hard place. He is bound by SEC requirements to PR all activities that could have an affect on shareprice, but if the activity fails, the stock price suffers. IMO credibility is ironically hurt because of Maxam's openness. The funding failure and other bad luck Maxam failure fell victim by announcements. There must be some probability to apparent bad luck? Maybe we are about due for a change?
