Rocketman: ...thanks might be a bit premature... May well be. It does sound to me like posturing going on, and I don't see Microsoft letting the judge rule on Tuesday, so this week's outcome will be either settlement or announced delay. Assume we'll know Monday overnight or Tuesday AM, expect MSFT to drag it out to the last moment to maximize pressure on feds. I'll probably try to get $3.5 or 4 for 15% of my Apr 130's on Monday, emotion may take it that high. - Dwayanu
