Farmer,
From what I hear, which is not from a broker, two weeks tops until there is a deal signed. I am not sure what a reasonable return is price wise but I would venture that $2.25 area will be low soon.
This weekend they had a job ad for numerous positions, which unless something is up would be a foolish thing to do.
