Here's an interesting thought..

just read Tom Dorsey's report on the "BURN" rate of the internet stocks ala Barron's...

then i went and looked at several charts on these type companies...

EBAY???? a rocketship chart..sure doesn't look bad to me...

then checked AOL-YHOO-AMZN-DCLK-EXDS etc etc etc...

the two best are AMZN AND YHOO...i own and will not sell AOL...

and more importantly...the DWA Bullish Percent chart of the entire sector is WAAAAAAY OVERSOLD....IT'S IN THE 24% AREA...!!!!!!!

when this reverses up, it will almost be too late..these stocks have based and are ready for big runs here...

also i was astonished to see the SEMI BP chart??? it corrected beautifully, it's in the 34% area and is very oversold as well...

i know it sounds nuts what with the semis doing so well...but they have corrected somewhat, based and are now about to explode....

so the SOX index has pulled back a bit, getting ready to move to all time highs..

and the DOT is in the same position only more attractive, because 1360 breaks a triple top and new BSB on this index...

as Tom pointed out..this internet sector, using selected solid charts, is ready for a big move...i concur..and will trade accordingly....

TERN and ARTC did well, MRX was okay and ZIXI (of course)..TERN was in an uptrend since the buy trigger was called on March 22. I find myself the owner of NIKU stock (after losing 4, I am finally up 3 above that) otherwise I took to opportunity today to work on the manual. JBL, QCOM and SEBL are gone. My mistake of today was in putting in a buy stop in HSGI at 103 and not adding a sell short below yesterday's low. Today's fall was anticipated and I hope you heeded the warning of the "first weeks" before the April season gets underway to clean house.
