Re: Clarification on INTF Hunt report StockHawk, David Zimmer was helpful in the sense that he provided many physical documents from INTF, as well as helping me understand INTF's products, customers and the ESP market in general much more quickly than I ever could have on my own. In addition, he introduced me to management, who proved to be a most valuable resource. Well aware of the possible conflict of interest, I took everything he said with a grain of salt and investigated everything on my own. That is part of the reason for the length of the report -- I wanted supporting evidence everywhere. I assure you that the ideas presented therein and the conclusions so drawn are my own. The acknowledgement and reference to the SEC filings were intended to stimulate exactly the thoughts you have presented. I could have very easily not mentioned David at all but I wanted to be sure that there was not even the appearance of anything dubious. My method for accomplishing this was full and complete disclosure of his assistance and his holdings. Also, I mention that I was a shareholder at the time of publication. At the time of the report I held exactly 82 shares, an investment made as a direct result of the report. I have been adding to my position since then as my budget permits. I will be more than happy to publicly address any further concerns that you or anyone might have. M
