OJ, a bull on "da thread"!?! Hey, quick ? for you. Your investment scenario about holding through earnings, then to cash, returning in late Sept./early Oct. to pick up the pieces is pretty close to "Sell in May and go away...". My cousin, who trades S&P futures, says that in election years, the usual "dead time" (i.e. May - Oct.) actually tends to run counter trend and have a bullish bias. Know anything about this?

>>>have the bears capitulated yet???? are there any shorts still alive???<<<

jeeeriie, it appears that most bears were cowering in early march, when you were pounding the table that the nasdaq was going to surpass the dow in a year or two

81% bullish rydex money in early march, also rydex chart is a better inverse of the nasdaq lately, not the spx.
