Sam-- Although I think the answer of .41 NTCSP to 1 NTCS is correct, I e-mailed Dodi Zirkle for confirmation. I'll let you know what she says. BTW that obviously puts NTCSP at a premium, which means that, at least for the short-term, it is not a better deal than the common. The warrants are trading at a slight premium as of the end of the day on Friday; they were a steal as of Thursday--they may still be a bargain, given the leverage. If I were considering investing more in NetCurrents at this point I would definitely consider the warrants for at least a part of my investment. #B~}>
